Updated skincare favourites

My skincare favourites have changed a lot over the last few years.
I started using these products over a year ago and they have really helped my skin.
I used to have breakouts quite regularly and that has definitely changed.

Hello, it's me.

I haven't posted in a little while now and I really want to start again.
It's kind of silly because I have so many ideas written down in a notebook and
the notes on my phone but they seem to just have stayed there.
I didn't have the motivation and I sort of didn't want to follow through.
I think from now, I'll post whenever I really want to instead of just posting because I need to make sure I post a certain amount of times during a month.

Now here's what things are on my wishlist:

1. HP Sprocket
I love printing my picures out and having this would make it so much easier.

2. Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish 200ML
I just recently ran out of this product and then got something else to try but
I definitely want to go back to using this!

3. Wallet Phone Case
I have not yet found one that looks nice and protects my phone.

4. Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly
I currently use a concealer as my eyeshadow base/primer so I want to try
this product instead.

5. Slipper Boots
Need a pair of these now that it's freezing!

Music & shows I'm loving

I love doing these posts because this stuff actually changes unlike
what beauty products I'm using.

Music I'm loving:

1. Lia Marie Johnson - DNA
The lyrics are so honest & I love that it tells a real story.

2. Hailee Steinfeld ft Zedd - Starving
This song got stuck in my head.

3. Zara Larsson - Ain't My Fault
Another one that just got stuck in my head but also
every Zara song is good.

4. Rebecca Black - The Great Divide
I won't lie it took me a while to like this song.

5. Sabrina Carpenter - All We Have Is Love
Just recently found Sabrina's music and now I'm obsessed.

Shows I'm loving:

1. Switched at Birth
Found a new favourite show! Absolutely loved watching this and
I have no idea how I didn't know about it before.
I have really enjoyed learning some sign language whilst watching this show.
Can't wait for the new season.

2. Haters Back Off
I'll admit I was slightly worried about if the show would be good or not when
Colleen first announced it but somehow Miranda having her own show worked.
It was great! There were a lot of funny parts but also heart warming and emotional.
I really did not expect to turn the way it did at the end.

3. One Tree Hill
I just recently started watching this because I remembered watching bits and bobs
when it was still on tv but I have never seen it from the beginning.
I'm only on the end of season one but I'm really enjoying it and I know it's gonna
be one one of my favourites.

Five things I bought because of youtube

There is definitely way more than five but I had to cut it down.

1. Maybelline Color Tattoo Cream Eyeshadow
I still use these and I love them!
Do I regret this purchase? : No

2. Rimmel Provocalips Liquid Lipstick
These were the first liquid lipstick I ever tried and I didn't really like them.
Do I regret this purchase? : Yes

3. Urban Decay Naked 2 Eyeshadow Palette
I'm enjoying using this right now but I did stop using it for a long time as
it just isn't that pigmented.
Do I regret this purchase? : Yes

4. Too Faced Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette
This is my favourite palette! Absolutely love it.
Do I regret this purchase? : Definitely not.

5. Mac Lipstick in Velvet Teddy
I'm having a break from this lipstick because I used it that much.
Do I regret this purchase? : No

Current faves

I always use the same things which is why I don't do these monthly.
These favourites include things I have been loving for a few months and

Trying Kat Von D beauty

I was so excited to finally try this brand when I heard it's coming to the UK.
On the day it launched on the Debenhams website, I wasn't too sure what to get so
I just got the "London calling limited edition makeup set."

The set includes three mini products - 'studded kiss' lipstick in the shade "Lolita",
'Everlasting' liquid lipstick in "Double dare" and the waterproof 'tattoo liner' in "Trooper"
I received another tattoo liner as a sample with my order so that's great.

Studded kiss lipstick
The lipstick was creamy and super pigmented. I love the packaging!
I am disappointed in the size of the lipstick,
it looks like a sample and definitely not something I paid for.

Everlasting lipstick
I haven't tried this on my lips yet but when it was hard to get off my wrist so
I'm sure this will be very long lasting. I liked the size of this mini!

Tattoo liner
This is definitely the product I'm most excited to try after hearing about it for so long.

Movie reviews | RCM

Watching movies has been one of my favourite pastimes recently.
Some of them are old and some are new.

1. The Lucky One
This one is a few years old but I've never seen it before.
I really enjoyed this movie and I'm obsessed with Taylor Schilling.
Rating: 4/5

2. The Fundamentals of Caring
I love any movie with Selena Gomez in it tbh.
The storyline is good.
Rating: 4/5

3. Vacation
I liked the storyline but I did find some scenes boring.
Rating: 3.5/5

4. Me Before You
Loved this movie and the cast is good.
Rating: 4.5/5

5. Neighbours / Bad Neighbours (1 & 2)
Definitely preferred the second movie as the first one
gets a little repetitive and boring.
Rating: 3/5 (1)  &  4/5 (2)

6. Mother's Day
I watched purely for some of the cast and although I enjoyed the movie,
I don't think the storyline was that great.
Rating:  3/5

7. Central Intelligence
Really enjoyed this movie especially since I went to see it at the cinema
and I hadn't been in years.
Rating: 4/5

8. Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates
I liked the movie but some of the jokes weren't funny at all.
Loved the cast though.
Rating: 3.5/5
